1.1 Parties to the Agreement

3.2 Deposit Processing

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after ৳30,000 in bets have been placed.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of the bonus system, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or bonus arbitrage activity is strictly prohibited. cv997 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts if such activity is detected.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a specific validity period that will be stated at the time the bonus is issued. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

4.5 VIP Program

cv997 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members receive up to 0.5%, and Gold members receive up to 0.8%. Tier changes are determined based on your activity and commitment.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.3 Consequences of Violations
